In this article, I want to share with you my shortlist of favorite vintage Pulsar watches for you to check out. And if you spot one you like the look of or sound of, I’ve also provided the link to buy them online.

I decided to include a mixture of both men’s and women’s watches for this article, but I’m pretty sure some of them could pass as unisex.

And, without further ado, let’s get straight to it! (The following watches aren’t listed in any particular order.)

15 Best Vintage Pulsar Watches

I’ve divided the list into sections - read on!

Best Men’s Vintage Pulsar Watches

I thought I’d kick things off with a nice classic. This simple statement watch is quite the looker, with its large, lined, navy blue dial, set in a polished, stainless steel casing on a matching stainless steel band.

The hour markers couldn’t be easier to make out, in their matching silver color, complete with matching clock hands that are luminous in low light conditions, meaning you can read the time anywhere.

There’s even a handy date window at 6 o’clock.

If you like chronograph watches, you’re sure to be impressed with this one - it looks super stylish.

It has a large black dial, at 46 mm, set in a stainless steel casing, on a matching stainless steel band. The bezel itself is black and features handy tachymeter markings along the perimeter.

The chronograph detail takes the form of 3 subdials that are all easy to read, while the hour markers look even more prominent. The Pulsar logo is clearly displayed at 12 o’clock.

This is a watch you can wear anywhere. Simple, sleek, and very, very stylish.

A statement piece, it features an oversize black dial (41.5 mm) set in a stainless steel casing of bezel and lugs, while the strap is a classic black leather, complete with pin buckle closure.

The clock hands and the hour markers are a perfect color match for the stainless steel casing in silver.

There’s a convenient day and date window positioned at 3 o’clock. And the unfussy dial achieves a very elegant look.

This particular bracelet watch is just as much an item of jewelry as it is a timepiece.

The bezel has a textured look and feel, made with stainless steel, designed to be a perfect match with the bracelet and lugs.

Meanwhile, the dial is a dark black, which allows the silver clock hands to really stand out, as do the silver square hour markers.

What’s more, there’s a handy day and date window at 3 o’clock. And, it also happens to be water-resistant.

Stylish and functional, this watch demands to be noticed.

While the large dial and matching strap are both pitch black, there is a bright contrast of color, thanks to the red gold casing for the bezel and lugs.

This same accent color is also used for the clock hands and hour markers, and also to mark the minutes on the bezel perimeter.

It’s also highly water-resistant, so you don't need to worry about any splashes when washing your hands.

I’m loving the retro, vintage look of this watch. With its black leather strap and all gold dial, it has that classic, timeless look that could be from just about any decade.

The casing is PVD gold-plated in a generous 42.5 mm diameter.

The dial, bezel, crown and lugs all match the PVD gold plating, while the clock hands and the hour markers are in a darker gold that really makes them stand out for easy reading.

There’s a handy date window positioned at 3 o’clock.

If there’s any man’s watch that says class and style, it has to be this one.

It has a really nice gold tone stainless steel band, complete with a matching bezel and lugs.

But the center of attention is the oversize white dial with its pale background, Roman numerals and regular hour markers in a matching gold tone, and gold clock hands.

The dial also provides the date, month, and day, thanks to the 3 handy subdials.

How about this for a statement timepiece?

It has a very bold and unusual design, thanks to its vertical rectangular dial in a stunning shade of red wine. It’s set in a stainless steel bezel, complete with a stainless steel bracelet, lugs and crown.

The time couldn’t be any easier to read, thanks to the Arabic numerals as hour markers in a striking silver tone that matches the clock hands. And there’s a cute date window at 6 o’clock.

This is one of the most sporty looking Pulsar watches I’ve ever seen. Which shouldn’t be surprising, seeing as it’s a chronograph watch.

The dial, bezel, and strap are in a bold black, while there are many red gold and white accents. The case is 45 mm in diameter, made of stainless steel.

It has a rubber band, red gold hour markers and lugs, and 3 handy chronograph subdials. There’s also second markers running just inside the bezel perimeter.

This analogue watch has a really retro vibe. And the really great thing about it is that it comes with two interchangeable black straps, one stainless steel and one leather.

The bezel and casing are of a deep gold color, giving a very masculine feel, while the clock hands and the hour markers are particularly easy to read, thanks to their high-vis yellow color.

Best Women’s Vintage Pulsar Watches

If you ask me, this is one of the most sophisticated looking watches in Pulsar by Seiko’s entire women’s range. Elegant, subtle and classy.

It has a large 40 mm white dial, while the bracelet is such a pale silver that it perfectly suits the white dial.

There’s a gold tone strip running the length of the bracelet, while the bezel is a matching gold tone with a lovely textured look.

There’s a Roman numeral at 12 o’clock and the remaining hour markers have the same gold tone aesthetic, as do the clock hands.

It also displays the day and the date, thanks to the 3 subdials.

Can’t decide between a watch or a bracelet? With this watch, you don’t have to.

This particular watch features a stylish rectangular dial, with the left and right sides of the dial featuring lines of crystal.

The bracelet is very narrow stainless steel, for a very ladylike and dainty aesthetic.

The hour markers are very easy to spot against the dial’s white background, and the Pulsar logo is very prominently displayed at 12 o’clock.

While the clock hands are also easily visible in their matching silver tone color.

This is a really dainty watch that would look perfect with a navy outfit or with jeans, thanks to the gorgeous deep blue dial.

The dial is an unusual oval shape, but this doesn’t impair the wearer’s ability to read it since the hour markers and clock hands really stand out against the blue thanks to their silver tone color which matches the stainless steel band, bezel, lugs and crown.

12 and 6 o’clock are denoted in Arabic numerals, while the Pulsar logo is clearly visible in the dial.

This is not just a watch - this is a piece of jewelry. And it’s unusual, too.

The vertical rectangular dial is made of genuine lapis crystal, for a stunning vintage look. The left and right sides of the dial are also lined with Swarovski crystal in the bezel as well.

It looks particularly dainty and feminine with its narrow stainless steel bracelet. The silver tone hour markers and clock hands are easily made out against the lapis dial.

This is a simple yet very elegant and sophisticated ladies watch, with a stunning gold dial, set in a stainless steel bezel, complete with a matching stainless steel bracelet, lugs and crown.

12 o’clock is clearly labeled, while the remaining hour markers are marked out by way of tiny crystals, carefully arranged just inside the perimeter of the dial.

The dial also features a nice swirl pattern, and the hands are highly visible due to their darker gold color.

Wrap Up

I hope you’ve enjoyed browsing through my shortlist of vintage Pulsar watches. I’m sure you’ll agree, there’s plenty of different options there worthy of your consideration.

In my view, they all look very classy, and I’d be proud to wear any one of them.
